After submitting the order, you will receive a confirmation email stating the expected delivery date. You are able to track the status of your order when you purchase products at our website. After the order is packed and shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email with the order tracking number and the tracking link of the selected shipping company. Just click the link, enter your tracking number, and then track the status of your order. 

Shipping Service
No matter what exemption the shipping company may have with you, all parcel must be received by the person listed on the invoice. Please acknowledge and inform us through email or whatsapp upon receiving the parcel. 
  • Please make sure that the delivery address and mobile number are accurate for smooth delivery. We are not responsible for any delivery failure or loss of parcels due to incorrect address. 
  • If the address provided is a public address such as a workplace, shopping mall or university, kindly provide more details such as lot number, department or shop name. 
  • We are not liable for any damage or loss that may occur during shipping.

To ensure your rights and safety when purchasing gold, we have implemented a special parcel unpacking video recording and claims procedure. You are required to video record the entire process of unpacking your parcel. This video recording will serve as evidence of the transaction process to ensure the integrity of the goods during transportation.
If you discover any issues upon receiving your parcel, contact us as soon as possible. We will assist you in contacting a third-party shipping company for compensation in case of damage or loss during transit.
