Return Policy

Thanks for shopping at YF Jewellery.
If there is an issue with your product (damaged during shipment or wrong item/type/shade/etc), you can request for return/refund within 3 days from the date of receiving your product and we will give you a full refund or an exchange.

*If your parcel is lost/damaged during delivery, kindly contact us at +6011-3518328. Please DO NOT directly contact related courier service and mention the item in your parcel is gold item. If courier service know there is any gold item in the parcel, they may not refund the payment to either seller/buyer.

To be eligible for a return/exchange,

  1. Item(s) must be unused and in the same condition when you received it.
  2. Item(s) must be in the original packaging.
  3. Presenting the reciept or proof of purchase is mandatory.
  4. Kindly send us your order number and photo/video of the product(s) received as evidence.
  5. Once approved, you are required to ship back the item to our address within 5 working days of our approval. Kindly share us the tracking number as a proof of return.
  6. Customer shall bear the freight charge (if any) on returning item and be responsible for the safe delivery of the item.

Please make sure it is packed properly and securely to avoid any damages. All goods will be inspected on return. If there is any returned in an unsuitable condition, we may have to reject your return request. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange. We reserve the right not to accept returns or exchange requested after 3 days from the date of receiving your product. Furthermore, we reserve the right to deny a refund if you do not meet our return policy guidelines.

Refund Policy

Once we received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you immediately on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or the initial method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

If you request an exchange, the item(s) will be shipped within 3 working days upon receiving the returned item(s). If the item is sold out, you will be refunded.

We accept refunds for below conditions:

  1. If the product delivered is in damaged or defective condition. (We will have proof of the parcel photo before it is shipped out. If we find out the item we shipped out is in good condition and the damage is caused by courier service or customer itself, we have the right to reject your refund request.)
  2. If the type or size of the product is wrongly sent. (We will allow you to exchange any size or type of product if you are dissatisfied with our product. However, we have the right to refuse your return & refund if we have mentioned clearly the size measurement and product photo in our website.)

We do not accept refunds for below conditions:

  1. We do not accept any change of mind as a reason for a refund.
  2. If we have agreed on changing size/type of product and the product you need is still in stock, we have the right to refuse any refund request.
  3. We do not refund any duplicate order that is made by the customer itself. We will send the duplicate product to you or allow you to exchange with other products.
  4. We do not accept any refund for pre-order items such as customize products etc.
